The Alley is proud to offer our patrons a state of the art 270 auditorium, modern art gallery, box office, training/break out rooms, sound recording studio, the Strabane Tourist Information Centre and Jenca Cafe Bar.
The Alley Arts and Conference Centre is available for hire for business, government and the 3rd sector. The venue has a strong record for hosting press launches, regional and national conferences and workshop/training days with clients from across Northern Ireland.
The Alley is proud of the personal event management service it can offer, ensuring any event held at the Alley meets all your business expectations. As part of our service the Alley can provide clients with a fully equipped conference auditorium with seating for up to 270 delegates, 6 break out and training rooms, the "Gallery" presentation and workshop area, a dedicated event management consultancy service, in-house catering, fully licensed bar, outside seating area and an opportunity to convert the 270 seat auditorium either into a flat floor exhibition hall or customised theatre style.

The venue features:
- A fully equipped auditorium with seating for up to 270 people. The auditorium has retractable seating, allowing for customisation of seating numbers in the main auditorium.
- The Alley can also convert the main auditorium into a flat floored exhibition hall, round table conference area or even a magnificent banquet hall.
- A dedicated art gallery, highlighting some of the best exhibitions from across the UK and Ireland.
- 6 training and break-out rooms
- Exhibition space in the main foyer and within the Alley's upstairs gallery.

- Our Friendly and enthusiastic staff will always aim to:
- Be courteous, considerate, impartial and helpful at all times.
- Respect customers'needs for privacy and confidentiality.
- Answer all queries accurately and comprehensively.
- Attend to visitors at reception within 10 minutes (if already with a customer, acknowledge others waiting, and give an indication to how long the query may take.)
- Wear name badges.
- Use agreed greeting on answering calls and answer calls within 10 seconds/3 rings if circumstances permit.
- Provide telephone answering machine message service during busy periods and non-office hours.
- Action telephone messages/Emails at the earliest opportunity and no later than the same working day.
- Respond to or acknowledge letters or faxes within 3 working days, providing the name of staff member dealing with the enquiry.
- Make available comment/complaints slips at all times.
- Maintain an attractive, accessible, orderly, and safe environment for all.
