Ruth McGinley & Darragh Morgan

We are delighted to present Ruth McGinley and Darragh Morgan, two of Northern Ireland’s leading internationally renowned classical musicians, as they tour Northern Ireland for the first time together.

This concert will feature two beautiful violin sonatas, Irish folk song arrangements as well as a piece by NI composer, Deirdre McKay.

The programme for the evening will include ‘Violin Sonata’ [Moeran], ‘Down By The Sally Gardens’ [arr. Britten], ‘Sé Fáth mo Bhuartha’ [arr. Havelock Nelson], ‘Secundum’ [Deirdre McKay], ‘Andantino Malinconico’ [Enescu], ‘Violin Sonata in A Major’ [César Franck].
