An Droichead are inviting you to join us in a unique traditional Irish language and cultural experience at the Ulster Folk Museum.
We are delighted to be partnering with the Museum for another joint cultural initiative, which will be an Irish language residential weekend in the Museum at Cúl Trá. Participants will get an opportunity to attend Irish language classes, to enjoy traditional Irish music and dance inside some of the historic dwellings within the museum, and to attend an evening céilí hosted by An Droichead.

To make the weekend a full ‘Gaeltacht on your doorstep’ experience, attendees can stay overnight Friday and Saturday, and all meals will be provided on site. We are really looking forward to working with the Museum on what we believe will be an incredible experience for learners of all ages.
There are limited spaces available so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. We think you will find the full weekend experience an unforgettable immersion in Irish language and culture. But in order to allow as many people as possible to access An Droichead’s first time organising activities in the unique surroundings of the Museum, we are providing a range of prices so you can attend as little or as much as you want.
