Belfast International Arts Festival

Type : Festivals

We're delighted to announce the Belfast International Arts Festival will return from Tuesday 15 October to Sunday 3 November 2019. To celebrate we're thrilled to welcome one of Ireland’s most iconic singer songwriters, Glen Hansard, to the city on Wednesday 23 October for a special performance, complete with his full band, in the majestic surroundings of Belfast’s Grand Opera House.

Set to be a concert for the ages, tickets range from £27 - £33 and go on sale this Friday 14 June at 9.00am

For our second signature event in the Grand Opera House, French arts collective (LA)HORDE presents To Da Bone on Friday 25 & Saturday 26 October.

Featuring 11 dancers over one exhilarating hour, To Da Bone explores youth culture, identity and expression. In a world in which daily life is increasingly being lived online, this production takes a closer look at a youth subculture called Jumpstyle, with spellbinding intensity and emotion. Tickets range from £12 - £20.

Full programme for #BIAF19 will be revealed mid August.
