Belfast will mark St Patrick’s Day with a vibrant carnival parade and free concert on Sunday 17 March 2019. Bring your friends and family into Belfast and enjoy a welcoming spectacle of colour and music.

Carnival parade

The streets will be awash with colour and noise from 12.30pm as the parade snakes its way through the city centre.

Community groups from across our cultural spectrum will be taking part in the parade alongside professional and amateur performers, costumed characters, musicians and dancers.

Free concert

You can then make the short trip across to Custom House Square where visitors will be able to enjoy a free concert from 1.30pm-4pm.

Featuring quality local traditional music and dance, along with special guest appearances, you won’t be able to stop your hands clapping and your feet tapping! Entry to the concert will be on a first-come-first-served basis and terms and conditions apply.
