One of the best things about this beer and food series for us has been the chance to collaborate with folks we respect and whose food we love. Caoimhe and the name you may know her better as, Scullery Made, is no different.

Scullery Made have been producing recipes worked, reworked and perfected from Caoimhe’s home kitchen since 2015, creating mouth watering dishes of food whose recipes they share free of charge directly from the website. Any of you lucky enough to get some of their signature Lava black Pudding before it sells out every weekend or have tried the recipes themselves will know why we’re so excited to work with her. Oh and she knows beer, like really knows beer, so you’ve even more reason to be excited.

This will be a beer and food pairing menu with a two hour run time during which we will go through 6 pairings, talking you through the flavours and why they work together, leaving you with a solid understanding of how to experiment with beer and food from your own kitchen. This will be a reduced numbers event with only 30 tickets available, Saturday 29th September from 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
