Northern Ireland’s favourite family get together and largest celebration of cultural diversity, is delighted to announce its first ever major title sponsorship with SPAR, the largest independent retailer in NI

More than 25,000 people visit the Belfast Mela each August and this year’s festival together with SPAR promises to be the biggest ever on Sunday 26th August.

Belfast Mela, is the city’s annual celebration of global cultures when tens of thousands of visitors come together to celebrate our people and diversity.

The Mela transforms the park into a magical global garden filled with the sights, sounds and aromas of nations right around the world. Music, dance, arts and culture come together to create a heady, good humoured atmosphere which invites the world into the heart of our city.
