Donkey Breed Society Championship Show 2018

Fancy cheering on a donkey, taking part in a fancy dress competition, winning an egg and spoon race, playing musical chairs or tackling an obstacle course?

Bring the kids and a camera as you get close to these wonderful animals!

Held in partnership with the Donkey Breed Society, the annual Donkey Championship Show proves that donkeys are more than just something to admire in the fields. The weekend will see a host of donkeys and their handlers taking part in competitions.

Come along and enjoy this two day event to celebrate these wonderful animals by highlighting the role they have played in Ulster’s rural history. This is the main show for the Donkey Breed Society members in NI and last year over 40 donkeys took part in the variety of show classes and games
