Club Vitae Gym Belfast provides a fitness facility ideal for individual’s, corporates and family memberships, alongside hotel guests of Clayton Hotel Belfast.

KEY FEATURES

Club Vitae offers a mix of Precor cardio machines as well as fixed resistance equipment and also an area of free weights. A newly added functional rig has been added to the gym area and can be used for doing various exercises.
Within Club Vitae you will find a range of equipment focusing on Cardio such as;
Upper and lower body modular equipment is available in the gym with a dumbbell selection reaching up to 40kg. A stretching and flexibility area is available for you after your work out.

Body Conditioning
Focuses on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help you develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy and high impact workout involving a combination of aerobics and toning.
Spin in the Gym
Is more intense than riding a stationary bike. The intensity varies throughout the class using different body positions, pedal speed and resistance.
Core Conditioning
30 condensed minutes targeting core/ab muscles. Various skills and techniques will be used to develop, strengthen and tone.
HEAT (High Energy Athletic Training)
Is spilt into three rounds. R1 consists of basic conditioning and aerobic exercises, R2 involves strength-based movements. R3 finishes with power and plyometrics working to fatigue.
Resistance Training
Will improve muscular strength and endurance using resistance provided by bands, weighted bars or dumbbells.
Bodyweight Training
Will focus on exercises that strengthen and tone your entire body without the use of weights or weight equipment
Iyengar Yoga
Probably the most widely practiced method in the world. The emphasis on precision and alignment favours quality of movement over quantity and the use of props makes it accessible to anyone. An enthusiastic and patient teacher Angela Beattie will guide you through an energising yet relaxing class.
Bums, Legs and Tums
Taken by Julie this 1-hour class incorporates a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach. Bums, Legs and Tums is designed to tone and build strength, increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness.
You don’t have to be a seasoned athlete or bodybuilder to enjoy the benefits of personal training. Personal training benefits both the person who has never worked out as well as professional athletes. Having a personal trainer can save you a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Working with our staff or certified personal trainers will provide you with a highly effecient and more productive workout

Club Vitae Belfast is the only gym in Belfast city centre with a 15m indoor heated swimming pool.
The swimming pool is 1.1 m and is the ideal size for swimming lengths and just right for kids of all ages. Swimming lessons are available on a one to one basis.
A fully equipped changing area comes complete with toiletries, hairdryers, lockers and showers. Lockers are used with a refundable Ł1 coin.
The last 2 hours of each day are adult only swimming times.
Mon to Friday: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
