City of Derry Jazz and Big Band Festival 2015

The Playhouse are delighted to host a number of events as part of what has become Ireland's biggest jazz music extravaganza, featuring some of the biggest names in jazz, blues, jive, swing and dance. Last year saw over 35,000 music lovers take to the streets in pursuit of the perfect medley of music, which featured over 60 venues and over 100 musicians. 2015 is set to be even bigger and better with performances at the Playhouse from Jazz festival favourites Gay McIntyre, Paul McIntyre and David Lyttle to name a few.
