GOONS

GOONS are a Belfast based band who write the music they wish to hear. Formed in 2014, they consist of 5 heads, a staggering 20 limbs and have a combined weight of over 600lbs. Selling out their first and only Belfast show so far, they have already forged a reputation as an intense and formidable live act. Featuring former members of Fighting With Wire and Lafaro, with drums, guitars, keyboards, bass, solid harmonies and more guitars, they are not to be missed.


OH VOLCANO

Oh Volcano are a band consisting of brothers Owen and Enda Strathern. They performed at last years Reading and Leeds festival on the bbd introducing stage. The have had tracks "Oceans" and "See no evil" recieve numerous plays on radio 1. Oceans also was included on a compilation released by Killing Moon Records in November 2014. They have supported established acts such as Twenty One Pilots, Little Comets and Clean Bandit.They are currently working on their first EP.


DUTCH SCHULTZ

Named after one of the prohibition era's most ruthless mobsters, Dutch Schultz are a brash and lewd 4 piece outfit from Belfast who play loud and melodic rock n' roll. Despite being an anachronism in the current landscape of "hip" bands their single Big Dime was inexplicably playlisted on drive time Radio 1. The band is currently holed up in a shebeen somewhere writing their third album, which will see the light of day later in 2015…

PARAPA PALACE

PARAPA PALACE is a 4 piece Jangly Rock and Roll group from County Down. The band has hit the ground running for a relatively new act, with various radio stations and online blogs keen to give them exposure.

They have also received rave reviews for their debut release "Down By The Sea", which was produced by Declan Legge at Big Space Studios, (SOAK, Tom Odell, Silences).The track was also selected as a Track Of The Day on BBC ATL.

The band has been making steady waves on the local gig scene, and are currently preparing their Debut EP for release in April 2015. They have a host of shows lined up throughout 2015 in support of the upcoming release.
