The Food and Drink Show NI returns to the King's Hall Complex from the 24th – 26th October for a feast of celebrity entertainment, cooking inspiration, sampling and shopping. The Moy Park Celebrity Chef Theatre will deliver a three-day, star studded spectacle of Celebrity Chef demonstrations from James Martin, John Torode, Simon Rimmer and Rachel Allen. Be inspired at the Safefood Open Kitchen as local chefs and food heroes share their secrets through interactive demonstrations and workshops or discover the latest kitchen essentials in Kitchen Living.

Enjoy the sights, smells and tastes of delicious food and drink available from a wide range of local food and drink producers as well as producers from further afield. There is something for the whole family at the Food and Drink Show NI, a series of workshops and demonstrations specifically for kids will take place throughout the King's Hall Pavilions. Chef Bios


James Martin

Returning to the Show for a second year running, this time for two days is Saturday Kitchen’s James Martin. James’ demonstrations were a sell out last year, testament to his skill in the kitchen and ability to engage and share his knowledge with a large audience. With numerous TV shows under his belt, multiple award winning best-selling cookbooks as well as running his own restaurant, he is one of the most dynamic and celebrated chefs in the industry.



John Torode

A hugely popular and influential figure on the UK culinary circuit, John Torode is best known as the straight-talking co-host and judge of BBC1’s Masterchef, which is now in its tenth series! Australian by birth, John is credited as one of the main players in introducing Australian food to the UK in the mid 90’s. See John share his passion and expertise in the Moy Park Celebrity Chef Theatre on Saturday 25th October.



Simon Rimmer

Joining the Moy Park Celebrity Chef Theatre line-up is Simon Rimmer, chef and co-presenter of Sunday Brunch, the morning show which wakes the nation up on a Sunday with a mix of chat, current affairs, guests and food. Simon is Chef patron of his two award winning restaurants in Manchester; Greens and Earle. As a restaurateur this is where Simon’s real passion for food turned began as a career, and he continues to cook in the restaurants every week. Be inspired by Simon on Friday 24th October.



Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen is back for a second year running to demonstrate practical, yet delicious recipes. The BBC have described her as the “Irish Cooking Queen” and her charming manner and effortless style make her a delight to watch on screen and in person. See her in the Moy Park Cekebrity Chef Theatre on Saturday 25th October.
