MCD are delighted to announce that Neil Finn will play The Olympia Theatre on April 30th as part of a European tour, in support of his first solo album since 2001. ‘Dizzy Heights’ is due for release on 7th February. A single ‘Flying In The Face Of Love’ will be released on the same day.

Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult, Over 18's ID required to gain access to the bars where alcohol is served.

Featuring Neil Finn with a full band, the tour will open at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on April 24th, the tour will stop in Bristol, Birmingham, Cambridge and Nottingham, and feature dates at the Sage Gateshead, the Lowry in Manchester and Royal Festival Hall in London before heading over to Holland, Belgium and Germany. Ahead of the tour, Finn is due to play a sold-out intimate performance at St. James’s Church in London’s Piccadilly on Wednesday featuring string arrangements by Victoria Kelly.

Co-produced by Dave Fridmann (Mercury Rev, The Flaming Lips, Tame Impala), ‘Dizzy Heights’ was recorded between Finn’s Roundhead studio in Auckland and Fridmann’s Tarbox studio in upstate New York. The record is Neil Finn’s third solo outing following, Try Whistling This and One Nil (or One All).

Made by Finn, the film features grainy images over the whirl of “Divebomber” a song inspired by the World War II film of the same name.
