I'm With The Band

The Union was once the UK's most successful rock-band but when financial disaster hits, the group decide it's time to hit the road again. The prospect of touring on a budget, is the final straw for Scottish guitarist Barry Campbell, who decides to turn his back on the band he founded as a teenager.

With his former band mates reeling, Barry has to strike out on his own, can he make it as a solo artist? Can The Union survive as a threesome?

Written by Tim Price and directed by Hamish Pirie, who were Olivier-nominated for their last collaboration Salt Root and Roe, the play is co-produced by the Traverse Theatre and Wales Millennium Centre.
