Silhouette is the brainchild of Northern Irish multi-instrumentalist Shauna Tohill. Much like her adopted moniker, her musical guise is an adaptable, malleable project which, over the last few years, has seen a revolving cast of band members and friends help flesh out her vision adding strings, percussion and more to her ever-evolving, experimental yet accessible sonic palette. Silhouettes 2012 single ‘I Can’t Keep Up’ was heard all over the UK after being chosen as the tune for the recent Discover Northern Ireland Television advert. With fans such as Snow Patrol's, Gary Lightbody, following high profile support slots with the Northern Irish born chart toppers, the future looks bright for Silhouette.
Silhouette play The Stiff Kitten on Weds 5th June at The Stiff Kitten in Belfast. Tickets on sale Wednesday 8th May from all usual outlets
