Donegal Youth Orchestra & Friends

The Donegal Youth Orchestra visits the Twin Towns for a wonderful afternoon of music.
Experience the sound of a full orchestra under the baton of conductor and composer Vincent Kennedy at ‘DYO and friends – at the Balor’.
More than 50 of Donegal’s finest young musicians will be onstage playing classical works, including some great favourites, as well as excerpts from film scores and original work by Vincent Kennedy.
Also performing will be some musical friends from the Twin Towns. And there’s a special guest appearance by the talented children from Gaelscoil Adhamhnáin in Letterkenny, finalists in the 2016 Waltons Music for Schools Competition.
