Come to Belfast for a super St Patrick's Day sure to get your hands clapping and feet tapping.

The city will mark St Patrick’s Day with a colourful carnival parade and free concert on Friday 17 March.

Come along and see the streets awash with colour from 12 noon as the parade leaves Belfast City Hall snaking its way through the heart of the city centre to Custom House Square.

Community groups from across Belfast’s cultural spectrum will take part alongside professional and amateur performers, costumed characters, musicians and dancers.

If you would like to be involved in the St Patrick's Day parade, a tailored workshop programme run by Beat Carnival will commence early in 2017. Please contact Beat Carnival by emailing workshops@beatcarnival.com, call 028 9043 4767 or visit www.beatcarnival.com for more information.

At Custom House Square, enjoy the free outdoor concert from 1pm - 3pm featuring local music and dancers, along with special guest appearances.

Entry to the concert will be on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets are not required. Gates will open at 12.15pm. Terms and conditions of entry will apply.
