BBC GOOD FOOD SHOW NORTHERN IRELAND

BC Good Food Show Northern Ireland brings presents some of the nation's favourite chefs, the region's very best producers of food, drink and artisan products and state of the art kitchenware and gadgets. The event features live cookery demonstrations from TV favourites Paul Hollywood, The Hairy Bikers and James Martin, plus local star Paul Rankin.

BBC Good Food Show Northern Ireland will host live cookery demonstrations in the Waterfront auditorium, from TV favourites Paul Hollywood, The Hairy Bikers, John Torode and James Martin, while local star Paul Rankin will be leading Northern Ireland Year of Food & Drink sessions. All celebrity chefs and local faces will make an appearance on the Interview Stage and there will be the chance to get their latest cookbooks signed. In addition, the Tasting Theatre, sponsored by Discover Northern Ireland, will be the place to taste and learn from top wine and food experts.

With a strong focus on regional producers, visitors to the Show will be able to delve into the wealth of fantastic produce that Northern Ireland has to offer. The Food NI Pavilion gives visitors the opportunity to discover, taste and buy from these producers first hand. This area of the Show is a must-visit spot for any food fan wanting to improve their knowledge of the Northern Irish food scene. From brewers to bakers; deli owners to distillers, visitors to the Producers’ Village will play host to a wide range of artisan food stalls where they can stock up their larder with speciality produce from all over Ireland and the UK.
