Bookends - Simon & Garfunkel Through the Years

Type : Gigs

Following their sell-out visit to The Old Courthouse in 2014, Dan Haynes and Pete Richards return as Bookends, the finest musical homage to Simon and Garfunkel in the UK today. Their theatre show Simon and Garfunkel - Through the Years follows the career of the folk-rock duo from Queens, from their first release under the name of Tom and Jerry, through to and a little beyond the publicised break up following the Bridge Over Troubled Water album. This show features video clips of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel giving their personal account on their rise to fame, intertwined with delicate and accurate performances from Bookends of all the classic hits such as Mrs Robinson, The Boxer, The Sound of Silence, I Am A Rock and America as well as unforgettable album tracks such as At The Zoo and Feelin’ Groovy.
