Lee Johnston is a Northern Irish motorcycle racer, who started the charity F13K Cancer after experiencing cancer's devastating effects in his own home. The rider, who has adopted the number 13 as his racing number, aims to raise £13,000 in the year 2015.

Cycle Against Cancer can be seen cycling all around the island of Ireland to raise awareness, and encourage people to talk about suicide and depression. They join physical and mental health together in a bid to help those suffering under the taboo disease of depression, self-harm and suicide.
