The brainchild of Venus Dupree and Marion Hawkes, GIRL, is a new, all-female, DJ club night to be launched on Friday 22 July at Belfast's Pavilion Bar.

GIRL wants to provide a platform for female DJs working in Northern Ireland.

In control of the decks and pulling from their vast musical back catalogue it will be a full on musical assault, spanning the gap between disco, italo, house and techno.
