Blues on the Bay 2018
Blues fans are to be treated to an absolute international extravaganza of blues, rock and soul down in Warrenpoint this Spring Bank Holiday from 23rd to 28th of May 2018.
This year's big 20th anniversary for The 20th Annual International Guinness Blues on the Bay Festival features live legends such as Chicago's guitar blazer Big Dog Mercer; Californian, Shawn Jones and Hungary’s Jumpin Matt Pribojszki. The 6-day blistering bank holiday blues weekend also plays host to 100 gigs, music workshops and jamming sessions.
Other highlights include showcases for emerging musicians on the Bluesberry Fringe and a wealth of established Pros of the international blues festival circuit including Pat McManus, Rab McCullough, Ronnie Greer, Rev Doc, Crow Black Chicken, Ralph McLean, Green Tangerines and The Bluez Katz Blues Band.
