The Stendhal Festival of Art has announced the first batch of acts headed to Ballymully Cottage Farm in Limavady. On 07-08 August the festival will be headlined by folk legend Donovan.
Speaking about the Friday night headliner, festival director Ross Parkhill said: "Donovan is one of the most celebrated names in folk music with a catalogue of songs that play a part in the soundtracks to many people’s lives.
"It is a fantastic coup for Stendhal to have him headline our Friday night this year and we can’t wait to see him in Limavady."
Stendhal has also revealed 25 more artists who will be taking to the stage this year including; Kilkenny grunge rockers Kerbdog, hip-hop DJ extraordinaire DJ Format, Contemporary Irish Trad trailblazers Kila, electro-dance, nu-disco duo Televisor and 2014 Northern Irish album of the year winner Robyn G Shiels.
And that is all before we even get to the plethora of other acts announced for the events, including: Go Wolf, Ciaran Lavery, Sullivan & Gold, Ryan Vail, Oh Volcano, The Bonnevilles and many many more...
The Stendhal Festival of Art takes place at Ballymully Cottage Farm in Limavady on 07-09 August. Tickets are on sale now from stendhalfestival.com priced between £30 and £75.
