Berlin-based composer and producer Nils Frahm is amongst a host of musicians coming to Belfast between 25 - 28 September as part of the Red Bull Music Academy Weekender.
Frahms is an undoubted highlight of what will be four days of gigs, club nights, workshops, a record fair and much more. The German pianist mixes classical and contemporary music to beautiful effect, if his name is new to you, we urge to go online, we don't believe you will be disappointed.
Frahm will perform alongside L'Derry's Ryan Vail at Belfast's City Hall on Sunday 28 September at 17:00, closing the weekend.
Opening it on Thursday 25, QUBSU will host The Juan Maclean, Academy alumni Timmy Stewart, all expertly held together by Twitch.
Inbetween these events, there will be a workshop with local producer BICEP, SKREAM, Chez Damier and Special Request play the Limelight, and Aether & Echo and the Oh Yeah Centre will host two talks.
