Returning to Belfast’s Ulster Hall for its fourth year, the NI Tattoo Convention has truly become an international affair, the events friendly atmosphere and the city’s hospitality now attracting artists from countries including: Canada, USA, Brazil, Argentina, Taiwan, Samoa, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Germany, Japan, Poland, and of course the UK and Ireland.
