Trading since 1867 The Botanic Inn, which is more affectionately known as ‘The Bot’, is the flagship outlet for the award winning Botanic Inns Pub Company. The Bot consists of three different bars. The traditional Front Bar is a cosy corner where locals and visitors enjoy each other’s company in quiet, comfortable, surroundings. The main bar is a hive of activity from noon when the lunch crowd take advantage of the high quality, great value food, until night when the crowds gather to enjoy the nightly entertainment. Upstairs, The Top of the Bot is one of Belfast’s longest running and most loved nightclubs, which is open Wednesday through Saturday.

A traditional pub in every sense, The Front Bar at The Bot is a cosy space at the front of the building. Its old world charm derives from the fact that it is the original Botanic Inn bar, which has subsequently grown into The Bot that we all know and love today. The walls of The Front Bar are bedecked with sports memorabilia and pictures of patrons past and present, while the rest of the interior consists of the customary wooden furniture and fittings that are the trademark of well established pubs.
The Main Bar
The Main Bar at The Bot really is where it all happens and is busy from when the doors open until they close at night. The bar is popular with both the business and student lunch crowds because of its great value, high quality food. Menus are served all day long so if you fancy a freshly prepared meal in familiar surroundings there is no better place than The Bot.

Upstairs at The Top Of The Bot you will find one of Belfast’s longest running and most popular nightclubs.
